Information we collect
- Contact details and form responses you provide, such as your name, email, business information, goals, and inquiry details.
- Resource-access records, including the consent language shown, request time, verification status, subscription status, and unsubscribe status.
- Limited first-party usage events, such as page paths, referrer origin, selected offers, and button or form activity. Our current analytics event records do not intentionally store your IP address or browser user-agent string.
- Content you ask us to email from a tool and information you submit through Wayfinder or a project inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested resources and tool outputs, verify access, send the monthly Hylton & Co. Insights email, respond to inquiries, qualify service fit, improve the website, protect the service from misuse, and maintain business records.
Cookies and browser storage
After email verification, we place a secure access cookie so the browser can open protected resources. We also use browser storage to remember when a visitor dismisses the resource offer for 14 days. These controls are used for access and user experience, not cross-site advertising.
Email choices
Each marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. An unsubscribe request stops future marketing mail but does not revoke resource access already activated. Verification and service messages may still be sent when needed to deliver something you requested or administer an active engagement.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use hosting, database, email-delivery, scheduling, payment, analytics, and AI service providers to operate the website and deliver requested services. They receive information only as needed for those functions and under their own terms. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and suppression of unsubscribed addresses. No online system is perfectly secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, investigation details, or other highly sensitive material through general website forms.
